These terms govern your use of the Waiwerk website and the free visibility report. Waiwerk is operated by G-Rocket Ltd, Agiou Georgiou 52, 7737 Maroni, Cyprus (“we”, “us”).
1. The free report
The report is provided free of charge and for information only. It reflects measurements taken at a point in time from public sources and AI assistants, which change frequently. We do not warrant that the report is complete or error-free, and it does not constitute a guarantee of any ranking, AI recommendation, or business result.
2. Paid services
Setup and monthly management services, where purchased, are governed by a separate written agreement. Pricing shown on this site is indicative; the binding price is the one stated in your individual offer. We optimise your visibility but cannot and do not promise specific positions or revenue outcomes within any fixed timeframe.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are entitled to request a report for the business you submit, and that the contact details you provide are accurate.
4. Intellectual property
The site, reports, and underlying methodology are our intellectual property. You may use your own report for your business; you may not resell or redistribute it as a service.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
